Paper Submission & Workshop Proposals

Paper and Workshop Proposal Submission is now closed.

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. The 4-page (maximum) paper should be typed single space with one-inch margins on all four sides. Charts, illustrations, and figures must fit within the 4-page paper limit. Please use the ETOP 2025 paper template here.
  2. The brief abstract and presenter biography will be used in the online program.
  3. The IEEE Xplore proceedings will only contain accepted papers that are presented at the conference and have signed the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form.
  4. To ensure your paper is IEEE Xplore compliant, please use IEEE PDF eXpress by following the instructions here.

AUTHOR NOTIFICATIONS/COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

Author acceptance/rejection notices are sent to the corresponding author as indicated within the submission. All other correspondence for accepted papers will be sent to the presenting author as indicated within the submission. Questions regarding the submission process or technical program should be directed to the Program Specialist, Danielle Corrigan at d.corrigan@ieee.org.


IEEE ELECTRONIC COPYRIGHT FORM (eCF)

If your paper is accepted, you will be required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) to have your paper published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works.


REGISTRATION

All accepted authors are required to register and present their work in person. Visa invitation letters can be requested during the registration process. The letter will be issued automatically once your registration has been paid.
